About Our Team

optician

Chris

Chris is an optician and has been with Corgan Vision Clinic since we opened for business in 2011. Prior, she worked for 12 years as a veterinary technician. Chris handles our front office, all while also administering pre-screenings, frame selection and insurance needs. Chris loves working with our patients to find the best lens type and design that suits their everyday lifestyle. This means learning about their job responsibilities, everyday activities and what vision issues they struggle with to better serve them. Chris’ Interesting Fact: “Eyecare is ever-changing, and there are always new studies to help those who need vision correction.”

Chyla

Our receptionist, Chyla, greets our visiting patients and callers in between skillfully assisting with clinic operations. We’re fortunate to have someone of Chyla’s caliber on our team, as she has nearly a decade of experience in office administration and scheduling management. She proudly attended Northern Michigan University (Go Wildcats!). Chyla’s Interesting Eye Fact: “The human eye can see the equivalent of a 576 megapixels digital camera.”

Leah

If you’re experiencing issues with your glasses and have a need for lens repair or your frame is not fitting quite right, you’ll likely speak with our expert eyewear troubleshooter, Leah. She is adept at guiding patients toward the best fit and selection, which in turn helps ensure continued satisfaction well beyond your office visit. Leah started out at a local optical and worked there for several years. We are fortunate Leah has chosen to continue her career with Corgan Vision Clinic. Leah’s Interesting Eye Fact: “The eye has more than 2 million moving parts."
